What is Relvo?
Relvo is a review link tool for freelancers and agencies. You upload your project, share one link with your client, and they can comment, give feedback, and approve directly—all in real-time.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients click the link and start reviewing immediately. No sign-ups, no downloads, no friction.
What types of files can I upload?
Relvo supports images (PNG, JPG, SVG), PDFs, Figma links, video files, and more. If you can share it, Relvo can review it.
How do I share a review link?
After uploading your project, click 'Share' to generate a unique link. Send it via email, Slack, or any messaging app. Your client opens it and starts reviewing.
Feedback & Comments
How does commenting work?
Clients can leave comments on specific areas of your work. Pin feedback to exact locations—no more 'top left corner' confusion.
Can I reply to comments?
Yes. Threaded conversations keep feedback organized. You can reply, ask questions, and resolve comments when addressed.
Do I get notified of new comments?
Yes. You get instant notifications via email and in-app when clients leave feedback or approve your work.
Can I see comment history?
Yes. Every comment, reply, and change is logged with timestamps. You always know what was said and when.
Approvals
How do approvals work?
When a client is satisfied, they click 'Approve' on your project. This creates a timestamped, legally binding record of their approval.
Is the approval legally binding?
Relvo creates a digital record with timestamps, IP addresses, and client identification. While not a substitute for a formal contract, it provides strong evidence of approval.
Can a client revoke approval?
Clients can request changes after approval, but the original approval record remains. This protects you from disputes.
What proof do I get?
You get a complete audit trail: who approved, when, their IP address, and the exact version that was approved. Downloadable as PDF.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 active project with unlimited clients, basic comments, and email notifications. Perfect for trying Relvo.
What is the Early Access plan?

Can I upgrade from Free later?

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 30-day 'It works or it's free' guarantee. If Relvo doesn't get your client to approve faster, email us within 30 days and we'll refund every cent. No questions asked.

What happens to my lifetime access if Relvo shuts down?
