If Relvo doesn't get your client to approve faster than your current process, email us within 30 days of launch access and we'll refund every cent. No forms. No questions. One email.
Relvo Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases of Early Access ("Lifetime Pro") made through our website at therelvo.online.
Who Qualifies
Any customer who purchased Lifetime Pro access ("Early Access member") and requests a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving their first login access to the product.
What's Covered
Full refund of the one-time $$79 purchase price. No questions asked.
What's Not Covered
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after receiving product access
- Free plan users (no charge was made)
- Requests where the account shows significant usage (more than 10 approved projects) — this prevents abuse
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@therelvo.online with subject line "Refund Request" and your purchase email.
We process all refunds within 3 business days, no questions asked.
Pre-Launch Purchases
If you purchase during the waitlist period (before the product ships), your 30-day refund window starts from the date you receive your login access, not the date of purchase. If we haven't shipped within 90 days of your purchase, you're automatically entitled to a full refund.
Disputes
Payments processed via Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad. Chargebacks are handled through those platforms. We'd rather just refund you directly — reach out first.
